Evaluation of IS of automation of business processes of an insurance company

For one of the leading insurance companies with more than 25 years of experience serving a wide range of clients - from small and medium-sized enterprises to individuals, our team implemented a project to analyze and evaluate the current use of the business process automation information system. The task was to provide an independent expert assessment of the current state of the automation system and identify optimal options for its further use. In the course of the project a comprehensive diagnosis was carried out, including an assessment of the efficiency of the system and its compliance with business requirements. As a result of the work, a detailed report was prepared, which included the results of the assessment, as well as a comparative analysis of various scenarios for further development and use of the information system, which allowed the client to choose the most appropriate solution for further improvement of the infrastructure and optimization of business processes.
